As for your whole navy, It won't take more than a single Tactical NEMP to disable your entire fleet and turn them into floating metal
I know I'll probably get heckled for it by my countrymen, But let me explain why your ideas of sinking a carrier are not as easy as declaring a fatwa (or watching bestiality videos, which I do think is quite difficult to see btw)
Submarines are indeed the biggest threat to a carrier. If nothing, WW2 proved that a sub could annihilate a carrier far more quickly and cheaply than a carrier-to-carrier battle or a maritime strike from land based fighters. But unfortunately for PN, they will be hard pressed to find this window of opportunity. Here's why:
PN subs operate from a single harbor, and while that by itself isn't a problem, the harbor sits just a few hundred miles from IN shores. It is not inconceivable that the IN maintains surveillance over the PN assets exiting the harbor. This will allow the IN to observe and track the PN subs as they move out on patrol. That's one problem.
The second one is that IN has been quietly setting up a comprehensive hydrophone network around Indian shores. and despite what you may say, they will make movement of the Agosta's quite difficult. I'll not go into P8I or the Tu12 or the Il-38. you can do the math.
The next error is your understanding that a single JF-17/Mirage 3 will strike at the IN carrier from 200km range. Well, firstly you don't have radars with such detection ranges onboard the aircraft (with the exception of the AWE&CS) and secondly the EW suites wont let you lock on to the ship in the first place.
And then you must realize that fleet escorts may be stationed as much as 60-100 miles from the carrier. That's one more nuisance you have to deal with.
And as for NEMP, all core electronics are hardened against such strike. The radars and communication systems will be lost no doubt, but the ship defences and systems will still be operational.
