Fish don't have as high carbon footprint as beef (absolute worst in carbon footprint due to cow farts), lamb or pork. Its carbon footprint is lower than chicken.

The Chandani chowk, Pune. This one has to be the most complex interchange in India. Its u/c but brilliantly designed where no vehicles will have to abruptly turn or need to randomly change lanes to cross it. Even Shivneris get a bus stop off main highway and not on highway as earlier.

It's mainly delayed due to politics and changes in location. Also, the local politicians of the city from all parties are careless and least bothered. All they know is to do bannerbazi. Nothing will happen unless the common Punekars take the streets.
