How do operators in indian sf chose their firearm
Is it sanctioned to them or they choose amongst the armory
Can they buy and use their personal weapon

For choosing I think it's mission based but they get to pick one during their probation and have to keep that fire arm on them through whole probation as for buying their own guns don't think any sf around the world allow personal firearms

Para Squads operating in hinterland use patka alot, K9 UAV etc guys also wear patka

(About buying personal weapons) No some do, some guys in the US even carried personal sidearms back in the day.
