Its all well and good but the problem with these helmets are that they are far too heavy, if its too heavy the soldiers are going to avoid wearing it, hence a 9mm rate helmet makes more sense.

Yaa, think of it this way, these helmet will go to soldiers who will not put anything on it. A fully kitted out helmet with NVG and Counterweight and Contacts will weigh more than this. So, fair trade off
