Don't know about janitor work but you do need strong legs for good footwork and generating power 😂
He's not taking about janitory work but a leg sweep from martial arts:facepalm:

Trust me doing one in training is prety irritating enough
In tournaments or spars annoying and difficult
In combat , its next to impossible with speed and good momentum (now imagine with full gear)

I need to hit the gym.
If you're into endurance running just do your stuff .
But if you wanna get thick as legs with flexibility and strength , you can either do advanced or competitive bicycle training or join a kyokushin club or MMA club . I personally prefer the first cuz , it really strengthened my durability by 3 folds . But depends on your weight catagory . Kyokushin is actually very good for combat and roadfights , especially when you're pinned down . Earlier forms of kyokushin allowed face punches in tournament but it turned out to be very bloody , so they limited it for training and self defence purposes , I wonder , if they teach in the PRTC commando course

That's kinda the joke, sweeping the leg isn't a pragmatic move.
