I ask for no Gucci just please ffs one time just one time form a Para SF commitee and jointly order things..

It looks like the 2009 10th Para incident of buying US Camo.

Cmon SFs officers you gotta be more smarter than that.I know there is regimentalism but you guys are no short of balls.

I mean whats hard in understanding!

Even the training is suffering because of this.

I think they tired doing that but not sure where the deal went lol. Referring to the deal where we were supposed to purchase new guns and night vision devices along with Parachutes and other specialised equipments

I like the new clothes (probably fire retardant, better ventilated and much more comfy than regular issue) but again, I have some bad news gentlemen.

Look at the soldier in the first picture pieing the door.
He's leaning to the left while shouldering the gun to his right, which is what's causing that weird canted lean.
He's doing the Israeli limited penetration method. I'm not sure how it applies to bullpups though.
Are bullpups like Tavor harder to switch sides with on the fly or is it just our guys not training switching shoulders?
If you are switching shoulders on a tavor you should be prepared to kiss brass.
One enormous positive thing i have seen are these vtac style barricades, it means someone in the para sf is looking at how foreign sf train and are adding a few things to their training.

Nope.
The deflector pushes the spent cases forward, rather than straight out.

Looks risky though.
If it ejects even mildly unpredictably, the hot brass risks hitting the eye.
Could be mitigated by using ballistic glasses.
Again, I'd say this is an instance of equipment augmenting training and us lacking that equipment but what's the use?

How do the Israelis manage this tho, also this imo would be a case of Equipment hampering the output quality instead of training since we know for the fact that the Ambidextrous firing is part of the training since long time and this should make the case stronger since under utilising a present capability is never good.

What's with the Jai ho? you guys seriously need to turn the needless sarcasm down, serves no constructive purpose here.
every opinion contradictory to the so called "gucci gang" here isn't jai ho.

I'd rather take the word of an ex-Delta guy when he says ambidextrous shooting can be managed from the end-users perspective without much of an issue with the TAR, rather than a normal civvie who's got no experience with firearms.

Oh, and to also point out here, the design thought process from the Israelis who designed the TAR-series with urban combat in mind where ambidextrous firing is a normal requirement.

But still, if you guys think you know better than the collective minds of the group stated above, then Jai Ho to you too Vro

Tavor has multiple variants and yes it is possible for a left hander to shoot but would require some tweaks which you wont be doing during combat, look up my post earlier shared a video link along with it

I think Israeli SF don't use the Tavor ? Also its used less even by regular IDF infantry too

You can switch it but not during combat, a conclusion i came up with after watching this video
Yeah I know about that but like you said that doesn’t make it real world ambidextrous

there’s a reason why the conventional/AR platform is favoured world wide by the most combat experienced units.

I am not sure how india got saddled with the Tavor, it seems like it was political but their inability to course correct is disappointing
