Atleast they are getting something what is the infantry getting..not even proper boots and clothes.Kahan sir, they are getting those, as @Bleh says, Tandoor-90s. The whole procurement system is shit.
I love those headbands thoughRag tag militia
Not security per se, they’re taking PR very seriously, a 300-350$ bump helmet which is non ballistic and no plate carrier? For the price of the helmet they could have easily purchased a well made plate carrier and still have better protection and still have $100 left
The Greeks documented ancient Indian cavalry to have used 'swift' horses as well as wild asses/onagers to draw the war chariots. The Indian wild ass is one of the fastest animals clocking 70-80kms/hr. I believe in those days horses were prized, but not obsessed upon. What are the 3 things Indians will never learn since the beginning of time.
1.Fight wars in your enemy's territory.
2.Dont be dharmic.. Be Ruthless.
3.Give importance to a foot soldier and his skill and not just the cavalry.
Indiamart is not a good place to buy equipment as essential as these, most of the time they just rebadge Chinese knock offs and claim they’re made in India . Do check out these links and see how much genuine products with proper certification and excellent retention systems cost.

It uses night sensitive cameras and project it on the HUD, as my guess, lemme see...How does this kind of Digital Night Vision work, could it be used by the SFs? Or is it just an untested gimmick not suitable for combat?
