I think I know what you are asking...Constant operations incl many on-the-go operations. All three teams(a,b,c) being 24/7 on standby throughout the year in jammu division, kashmir division and ladakh since long ago. This along with quite a bit positive attitude ensures an active feedback loop. But over time they might get used to it and it rusts the overall process late 2000s-2017/18 for example was slow even for marcosI am Courius then what made 9 basically a tier 1 unit (Some sf Operators themselves call 9 and 11 tier 1 units now ) is it the rich history that they have and successful ops?
They have a comparatively rich-tier non uniformity than their army brethern. Some units run high cut revision helmets, some units run tata and indian armour helmets, some units still use old viper p2s and some units run cayman helmets. Some of them have old UCP (dark blueish pixels) some have new stuff in UCP and black and some have multicam. They got the new gear but still running old tavors.
In kargil 10 para fired a RL at a two team paki recon team from a km away and exposed their position and were never called again in whole warIn Op blue star they lost men,sri lanka too were a bleeding ground as far as i can recall they had met the worst ambush any SF unit had met .In 2006/07 1st lost 8 men in a single ambush in Kashmir.
10 para has no COAS citations to its nameIn kargil 10 para fired a RL at a two team paki recon team from a km away and exposed their position and were never called again in whole war
in Kashmir there is nothing exceptional done by them ever..
since the maharaja left i have seen nothing worth boasting about them so I asked
1st also killed 17 terrorists. In Op blue star they lost men,sri lanka too were a bleeding ground as far as i can recall they had met the worst ambush any SF unit had met .In 2006/07 1st lost 8 men in a single ambush in Kashmir.
nvm they have two but in the mid-late 00s when the insurgency was on its declije10 para has no COAS citations to its name

There wouldn't be much substance since the pirates surrendered even before Marcos boarded the boat. Maybe a closer look at their gear and tactical movements if anyAlso it looks like one of the guy is wearing a gopro.
Lets hope navy releases something soon.
