well the reason is pretty simple, the amateur guy is nervous becuause he's rolling up with professionals, he knows the difference in standard and our guys are nervous because they're doing real life missions with the gear that is not only less and non-standard across the board but also unrealiable. With that comes training issues as well. So yeah...makes sense. Equip them better, define their mandate, train them to faliure, make them better and more competent

Matching up in training/show irl missions has alot more uncontrollable circumstances and pressure it isn't as easy as it's shown.

Maybee you're overlooking to much into it. Relax dude. This is probably because it isint his first time doing stuff with the millitary. He's good at climbing those ladders up the sea, which I was surprized at first but his background as a rock climber so ok. Decent enough! At first he started with a basic millitary drill all the way to pull up records to gradually increasing his level. Dude tried hand to hand fighting, grappling and wrestling which is equipvalent to a marathon especially if done in shallow water (in terms of endurance).

I mean, I get it that he does that for YouTube purposes but still I am not surprized, it's not that he got out of bed one morning and decided to roll up with profetionals. He knows some basics. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, he seems Norweigan himself. Millitary service is compulsary in Norway so he has spent some time doing the real deal, if not in any elite unit

There’s a reason out of 100 or so ops, NSG has less than 5 documented casualties.

Kill ratio of nearly 100:1. Successful, hardcore, well equipped, and well trained. A seasoned NSG vet probably boasts as much as experience if not more than his contemporaries in most countries.

Proof that the problem is not GOI or India, but the Indian army upper brass.
