I don't know if you guys are aware of it or not but every PKM that you see in the hands of Indian army both conventional and SF are actually captured weapons from the pakis and their proxy forces. When i say every PKM, I literally mean every PKM. Just goes to show the inefficiency of the procurement department.

Nope.Most are Bulgarian ones in wooden furniture.Some might be from old Russian stocks just like the old Russian Akms in circulation among Police and CAPFs and Marcos.Its wrong to think that SF will depend exclusively on terrorists for GPMGs

The kits to Northern Command have the RDS.

However that was the first time we also saw the UMG UH-II sight in India with SSS. Quite possibly they were sourced from SSS or part of a special order from them.

Those guns in uri were not propa but original guns as the shooting were done in Serbia were it is easy to get guns
