Why are u so much angry... u posted a pic for others to watch.. if I watch and find something which is not right ..then its my right to say things on this forum.. oand only fool will compare soilder with civilian ..(for your punching remark) i was just comparing our soilder with foreign soilders of special forces not with porki soilders

The remark was just an opinion from a member of the forum who's knowledge can be questioned just like anyone else in the forum but he is a defence enthusiast like everyone else. He said what he felt like. One may like it or one may dislike it. But what's the point in making personal disrespecting comments? Being Indian we must adhere to democratic values where we can express ourselves. What's the point in insulting and disrespecting someone just because he made a casual comment.

In the training the waist of recruits reduce to 26 - 27 ~ due to hard training



He is my friend and classmate recently recruited in Garhwal Rifle. His 1600 mt running time is 5.20 ~ mins that too in the afternoon.


Excellent runner and a tough SOB much stronger than a fake body Gym fanboys

Now I won't comment on SF and their training module which is completely different from regulars

Muscle Size has no relation to muscle strength or fighting prowess for that matter.
Gurkhas are a case in point here.

Training for hypertrophy and training for strength are two different methods.

There are many special forces units in the world where the use of supplements is banned outright. I believe it's the same for our Indian SF.
The fitness and endurance levels of Indian SF especially Para SF are legendary. People who start their day with a 10km run.. and do regular ruck marches of 70 odd kilometers with a ruck of 25kgs surely don't need certificates from anyone else on their fitness levels.
