Video of the encounter.
Good riddance..the patka!
The forces should rap them in pig skin and burn them alive live on air6 - 8 "civilian" dead and mortally wounded too, they tried to disrupt the operation to help the terrorists escape the cordon.
Today they were treated with brute force not as a civilian that's why all 4 terrorist failed to escape. The forces should rap them in pig skin and burn them alive live on air

ancientPara in Ancient camo
That's a 30 ~ year old Camo at previous page. There is no standardized camo for Special Forces (Para) deployed in CT areas.
Why not more? We dont need such "civvies". Glad congi dhongi govt is not in power6 - 8 "civilian" dead and mortally wounded too, they tried to disrupt the operation to help the terrorists escape the cordon.
Please blur the face. Thanks for the pic though
According to the new guidelines in the aftermath of Burhan encounter local terrorists should not be killed unless given every opportunity to surrender and forces are require to show restraint. Why not more? We dont need such "civvies". Glad congi dhongi govt is not in power

They really do need to smarten up, I know they are in operational areas where rules are more lax but they look like an irregular African miltia with such disparity in their uniforms.Pika

A alive local jehadi can be used for intel. In 90's IIRC, Ikhwan comprised of ex tango's and proved often more lethal to paki terrorists.According to the new guidelines in the aftermath of Burhan encounter local terrorists should not be killed unless given every opportunity to surrender and forces are require to show restraint.
The other soldier joins the other pair but will still have to get the body of the operator killed.i have a few questions on the training of special forces around the world:
most (if not all) employ the buddy system, and these buddy pairs are extremely well versed with each others' idiosyncrasies to the point of forming a perfect complement in the battlefield. if one were to go by the military parlance, they are joined at the hip like brothers.
what happens if and when one of them is killed? does the other soldier go without a buddy from there on? or is he assigned a new buddy? if so, from where? also, wouldn't such an arrangement not be very successful as the two now have to undergo the acquaintance from scratch? also, what if an odd number of recruits qualify to become commandos? does that mean one guy is left without a buddy till the next batch arrives, and so on? wouldnt he miss out on the training till then?
