This is NSG (from 2011 IIRC) and that's an automatic shotgun, can't quite remember it's name right now...

Found that in FB,posted it without thinking twice.Then only thought about Mi-17vs and also there was questions raised about the validity of the pic in some another forums.By that time there was no option to edit the post.
