All these photo ops, tall claims, projections and "me too" posturing is all right. but when it comes to actual ground realities, we see the policemen being chased away like monkeys by ordinary kids and women in the streets of Nizamuddin, Indore, Morabad, Nalanda. Bombay and hundreds of such places.
If they can not face bricks, stones and mortars, one can imagine what will happen if these guys are to face bullets in the streets of Shahin Bag. Considering the trend and the way Muslims, Naxalites, rebels , JNU, Jadavpur, etc are getting into organised ghettos, planned strikes on police and administration workers, The Police Forces seem to be falling everywhere.
And it is not the Thana Police but the armed constabulary which is on the run and creating a crisis situation for the administration. People are just chasing them and they are on the run...
