‘Russia is four times bigger than Ukraine, but still Russia is bogged down in Ukraine .
That’s true. But that happened only due to massive amount of western armaments transferred to Ukraine. If the west, Russia or even India were to transfer the same amount of munitions, SPHs, towed artillery, loitering munitions etc to the Armenian defence forces then Armenia too would certainly win against the 3 evil brothers Azerbaijan, Turkey and Pakistan.

This seems to be an early testing version, today's Pinaka MBRL reloader vehicles is vastly different and vastly superior in terms of reload speeds, reloading is quite similar to the HIMARS

Yes. Pinaka was undergoing initial tests at that time. We had just used it directly in warfield. There is a famous saying that Pinaka was baptized in war.

If the CEP is 60-80m even for guided Pinaka then I presume this is nowhere near high-precision HIMARS ? It is just some trajectory correction so that the rockets do not fall way off the target.
If you are indicating towards this statement...

According to the U.S. Marines, HIMARS can fire at a 186-miles (300-kilometer) target with 1-meter accuracy and is referred to as a "strategic fires" asset for Marine artillery.
then it is for the ATACMS missile instead of the M30/M31 rockets.

Talking of the rockets accuracy....

At 49 km the threshold given is as equal to what we have kept at 75 km. Although with GPS guidance they have achieved a 2 m CEP and we have achieved the same. But what matters most is the number it could achieve each and every time under any given condition. So it is same for both Pinaka and GMLRS (<30m).

Meanwhile the Azeri media of that tinpot dictator Aliyev has gone ballistic on the deal. Let’s see what they say when they find themselves at the receiving end of its salvos.

I'm actually baffled that akash is not part of the deal. The radar on akash is similar to the Swathi radars . And the CLOS missiles of the akash would be cheap as hell to counter drones.

Akash is not good as counter drone..too bulky to set up and move around
Our smaller private sector firms have better handheld antindrone solutions

How does Pinaka compare to other MBRLS'?
‘Ask the Americans; they will tell you that theirs HIMARS with 12 canister and 90 km range is the best (although they publish 350km range for single or twin canister). Ask the Russians and they will tell you that multi canister 90km range Smerch is the best. Ask the Chinese and their claim of Smerch copy is the best, although they claim more than they can deliver. Also like American they also rely on marketing propaganda of 350 km range for a single canister.

Indian Pinaka is probably copy of Russian Smersh of 1990s model. DRDO leant the physics of these toys from Smerch and then built their own allaying Russian objection of copy without Royalty payment. The first instalment of Pinaka had 45 km range. It took ten years of bad project management to extend it to 65-70km and now it is 80-85 range.

Chinese bad copy is the cheapest and the worst. American version (HIMARS) is the priciest into unaffordable range. Moreover huge number of Congressional approvals are needed for export. The Indian Pinaka has better component and better electronics and is highly accurate.

The current use of HIMRARs in Ukraine has proven that it is a weapon of choice and is given free to the Ukrainians. It has blown up distant bridges, supply dumps, even troop concentration In Russia.

The Indian supplied Pinaka to Armenians is likely to change the battle dynamics if a new Armenian-Azerbaijan war breaks out.
