not entirely correct, the 60s and 40s (still largely being used in Telecom, Automotive, Data storage, and defense ) nodes are the areas where India needs to showcase its capability and reliability to the world. Then by default world would follow India for the latest state-of-the-art nodes. India first needs to prove itself to the world, especially in manufacturing mature nodes then the scaling up would follow. China also had a similar progression.28nm Fab is what India needs.
