20 roundsHow many magazines an army jawan holding sig rifle can carry?
max 7, IA ig had released a RFI for bpj with pouches to accommodate 6 magsHow many magazines an army jawan holding sig rifle can carry?
Will be lucky if they even get a BEL trinetra sightTo Indian army planners- your beautiful SIG rifle is significantly less effective without a decent LPVO - it’s a crime not to put an optic on such a firearm. Below is what I have for my AR-10. The difference in accuracy beyond 100 meters is not an argument.

Looked it up. It’s a reflex sight- not used for big rifle like SIG 716.Will be lucky if they even get a BEL trinetra sight
This is how things here worksLooked it up. It’s a reflex sight- not used for big rifle like SIG 716.
If it’s made in China then no way it will be bought unless they make it in India which will be cheaper to produce than China as well or made in USA but expensive. To Indian army planners- your beautiful SIG rifle is significantly less effective without a decent LPVO - it’s a crime not to put an optic on such a firearm. @Wisemarko is an ACOG cheaper than an LPVO or is it the other way around?
If I’m not wrong 3.5x35 is preferred for 7.62 NATO rifles, any way 4x32 costs the same or approximately similarTrijicon 4x?
Which LPVO did you post specs of? 1x10 if possible should be acquired. If I’m not wrong 3.5x35 is preferred for 7.62 NATO rifles, any way 4x32 costs the same or approximately similar
Sig tango 6t, 1-6x24, beyond 6x I feel the scopes get heavier so I’m not sure if it’s worth it.Which LPVO did you post specs of? 1x10 if possible should be acquired.
