Detailed Answer : Its extremely complicated and will be very difficult.
PHL-16 and Weishi Rockets PLAGF's equivalent of HIMARs has a range of 70-340km (depending on rockets).
Most of these current drones will have maximum range of 100km.
Bigger problem will be the PRC's anti-drone system deployed in the area of operation.
For swarm drones to be effective they need to be present in large number and the UAV's infrastructure will be targeted by enemy artillery.
We are currently testing of UAV that can operate at high altitude.

Simply put long range rockets of 350 km range cannot neutralized. Simply put hope for its inaccuracies at longer range as these cannot be guided.

These are like refrigerators, Washington machines and air conditioners only last three years. The forgoing are not weapons but state of their manufacture on copied and reverse engineered technology. Moreover, in order to prove the quality of their weapons, they have to fight a war. The last war they fought it was in 1979 with Vietnam and lost it.

Only a China man think high of their own products.

Yep, India has Guided Pinaka, recently an AoN worth Rs.8599 crore was accorded for it.
India also has analogues to the Chinese PHL-16 known as Prahaar and a tactical ballastic missile by the name of Pralay

The stereotype of poor Chinese quality is not due to their cheap electronics (but definitely has amplified due to it), but because of the general characteristics of Chinese items to be unreliable, made with cheap quality materials, and being fake/copycat of some original item.

This is not limited to only products, but this runs into their society. China has created replica fake cities & world wonders, massive buildings & infrastructure but with weak materials, even fake food such as plastic rice.

Also, there have been instances of Chinese equipment malfunctioning due to quality issues. Take the latest example -
