“Won’t allow Gay-sex and Adultery in the army”- Army Chief Bipin Rawat
Army Chief General Bipin Rawat has said that he will not allow gay sex in the army because the army accepts conservative thinking. He said that the army has its own laws on gay relations. Let the Supreme Court give legal recognition to homosexuality and have made it out of the category of crime. There can be a controversy after this statement of Army Chief.
The Supreme Court partially canceled Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, which in its historical verdict of September 6, denounced homosexuality as a crime. The Constitutional Bench said in its judgment that like other people, the LGBT community is also a part of the society and it also has rights like others.
