1 Maldives
2 Sri Lanka airport
3 Cam Rahn Bay Base in Vietnam

So by vetoeing this , is China not showing

because india is not pakistan

we dont want to be a vassal state to bigger nations for security (like pakistan does like a prostitute-first USA then China) but we want to be super power one day in the future...

The LEMOA agreement that we have signed is as good as giving them All bases
In India , as and when they need

We have also started using US bases in East Asia and Oman

They dont need a permanent base in Andaman
