Either way, Many countries have conveniently used Pakistan as a counter to India. Once it was the US, then the Chinese later some other upstart. The only solution here is to permanently deal with them. Terror leaders are aplenty. permanently dealing with Pak will throw everybody's(Chinese, Americans, Saudi's, UAE) plans in Afghanistan into a tailspin. I believe that will be the best punishment we can dish out. P4 is a scam.
