What are the chances that India-US relationships are entirely dependent on PMO-state department(White House), and very minimal direct co-ordination with CIA?

I was talking about IAF pilots. In future these european paid women orgs will kick up. They won't join military but will make others just to make a point.
After a woman gives birth to her child , there will be many physical changes in her body. They get weak , because all of their nutrition will be taken by baby. Logically speaking he couldn't have done any different!
It's election season, Congress & co are afraid that Modi will tom-tom the air strikes (as is widely acknowledged that he's the only one who's had the guts to order such a strike) and steal the elections! So opposition is trying to poke holes in Modi's narrative!
A journalist asking a similar line of questions (as Congress etc) quoting unfriendly non-Indian news papers would obviously entail the same response as campaign trail. If he was any conciliatory then that would embolden the opposition's line of attack.

Net-net, Piyush Goyal's performance is bad optics for limited setting of an intellectual discourse, but is commendable for 'message consistency' - all hallmark for winning elections.

Well if you look at that Q&A, Rahul Kanwal had clear these were the two narratives which were playing at the international stage and wanted to pick the minister's mind on how India was going to manage our narrative..... It seemed the junior minister did not have the patience to even listen to his full question. Well compare this to Shashi Tharoor, may be the comparison is not fair, who answers tough and awkward questions on the 'family dynasty' with great articulation and aplomb. I concede sometimes it's nothing more than verbal sophistry and nothing more, but that's how public figures should handle awkward questions....

This was English Q&A, on a English channel, attended by a largely English speaking audience, who had enough education to know that the minister was ducking the question in the most uncharacteristic manner.... This reflects poorly on him, in my opinion.

I don't see anything derogatory in his statement.
ISRO did set a world record for the most number of satellites launched via a single launch vehicle - every new record does 'shock' people!
The fact that he was aware of of the developments at ISRO means he's competent at his job!!!

The deep state in US has had a close relationship (at times uncomfortable) with Pakistan for decades. CIA operational ambit changed significantly with 9/11.
I am pretty sure someone as competent as Doval would have established close & lasting relationship with US. Without CIAs involvement, the Quad concept wouldn't be possible!
