See the circle - its too deep into Pakistan on its return leg. Why waste that much air time and fuel if this was India specific?

Could be internal need driven, calibration of a new/updated system maybe

Pak Navy seems to be at its weakest right now.

Frigates- 8
Coveretee-1
Patrol-12
Replenishment-6
Minesweeper-3
Sumbarine-8

Seriously tho our coast guard can destroy these niggas.

A squadron of Su 30 fitted with Brhamos NG could wreck the whole Navy in 1 mission.

Once the Navy is down we can take care of the air defence and then bomb the shit out of them.

By the end of 2030 tho they will double each and every category of ship.

they are smug since they are heavily betting on China to come to their aid. I dont see much hope for #PKMB this year. Maar li COVID ne

Saar, it's not just this operation. CRPF (mainly QAT) has been consistently deployed in operations. Let's not ignore Fateh Kadel and the encounters that followed and also, the Nagrota encounter had JKP and CRPF finishing off some of the terrorists before the Paras showed up.

Long way to go, but they are trying. Talking to one ex-QAT member, I realized that CRPF's special units are very much shouldering the burden. The regulars are a different story though. I don't know enough to comment on them but the QAT member himself didn't hold too high of an opinion of them.
That is what everyone wishes. After all they are designated "internal Security" force of India for the last 20 years. They are supposed to be a national asset. The Force has grown into a big organization with 246 Bns, (including 208 executive Bns, 6 Mahila Bns, 15 RAF Bns, 10 CoBRA Bns, 5 Signal Bns and 1 Special Duty Group, 1 Parliament Duty Group), 43 Group Centres, 20 Training Institutions, 3 CWS, 7 AWS, 3 SWS, 4 Composite Hospitals of 100 bed and 17 Composite Hospitals of 50 bed.

That is a hell of an organization as big as Indian Army Infantry (they have six companies per battalion which makes them larger than IA Infantry) with the big bandwagon of IPS officers about more than twenty Maj Gen equivalents and handsome budget.

Sheltering terrorist should not be inconsequential , Our security forces are making them pay .

Next Fasadi should and will think twice before letting them in
Unfortunately, it does not happen that way...
The house where the terrorist go is dependent on -

* The house nominated by OGW or Maulavi or a Jammaity. which mostly are poor households. The householder dare not refuse.

* Households which have taken up that as business and source of additional income.

* Poor households with young beautiful females where the terrorists have developed taste.

* Well organized bases with reserve of arms. ammunition and with hideouts.

* Outlying houses facilitating quick escape.

The houses destroyed used to be well compensated with handsome money by the govt. That should stop forthwith.

However, can we afford a charred, scarred, dilapidated Syria in Srinagar, all destroyed building and streets littered with cement concrete or wooden pieces...

It is to the credit of Indian Forces that there are no signs of thirty years of Pakistani terrorism scars on the outer facade of the Valley. Complete valley is spic and span. All bridges, hospitals, Schools, govt buildings destroyed by Pakistani Jihadis in 1980s are up and running. I wish some of you could have seen Jaffna post-Srilanka Army operations or seen Huambo city of Angola post conflict between the Cubans and South African / UNITA Forces..

Scarry ..... just scarry....

PAF is adding Erieye after Erieye AEW&C but IAF is still not ordering more Netras.😓

PAF will now have 10-12 AEW&C which means they have world's third largest AEW&C/AWACS fleet.
Well they are smart, they are upgrading on the basis of lessons learnt. Balakot incident has shown the importance of the AWACS but it will take us decades to implement it. I think they will be the first to deploy those linked munitions(fired by one asset controlled by other) type. we will always play catch-up.
