Adding to that, Russia is an energy exporter, is practically an autocracy, self sufficient for its defense needs and allied with China. Even then they've been tied up in Syria for almost a decade.

We might capture PoK, but does our nation have the wherewithal to hold it? What if the government changes? Economy tanks even more than it has already? Who is our ally after we piss off both US and China?

Our goal should be the disintegration of the Pakistani security state.

that argument wont fly, we will be the aggressors in the fight between two nuclear states, we will be sanctioned to oblivion. Looking at our economy we dont need that.
We can dream about pok all we want, but our first goal should be development and economy.

We are completely apart.

Russia doesn't have anything to offer other than Oil Gas, Minerals, Defence Equipment and 100 million population market.

Biggest producer of Generic Drugs.
Self Sufficient in Food.
Biggest oil market.

Where will be the first wave of attack?
