Think about it. Dim has a word with ISI chief, and it follows 4 major industrial accidents the very next day.

ISI won't activate cells in Indian cities because nothing is accomplished by setting off bombs in the city streets (they're on lockdown and nobody is on the streets).

Factories, on the other hand, are running. Workers are present. Bombing a biscuit factory (food processing factory) won't affect Indian economy as much as a chemical factory, which will leak hazardous materials and kill people holed up in their homes.

As a matter of policy, the government should order factories to send their entire Muslim workforce on paid leave immediately, until RAW can start bombing Pakistani factories and CPEC assets.

Chicom grand strategy over Bramhaputra is a joke. Any move to create famines in NE India will inevitably create famines in Bangladesh. Any move to flood NE India, will inevitably flood Bangladesh, too (and hurt chicom investments in BD). India is very transparent with Bangladeshi water management bureaucracy, so the BD government will know that any flood or famine is of chicom origin.

What chicoms are really hoping to accomplish here is to create a counterbalance and a deterrent to Indian efforts to maximize its IWT Indus water alloc utilization (which is creating famines down in Pakistan). Hope Indian strategists see it for what it is, and double down on India's Indus strategy (of maximizing our utilization of the Indus without violating IWT, because even doing this much can destroy paki economy or give us tremendous leverage over Pakistan).
