Balochistan is a unstable area.

PA regularly loses men and materials in that area often in double digits.

Considering the amount of attacks they have faced over the past year I will say that it makes no sense for them to reignite the LOC to divert public attention considering they didn't face much pressure to begin with.

To break a 100 day held ceasefire means only one thing they have restocked and resupplied their troops and are planning to once again start some nonsense now that all the passes have pretty much opened too.

The uncertainty here is the scale of the coming events will they be regular ceasefire violations and border attacks or something big with china

That is something that we will find out over the course of time.
