the average price per acre of land in kashmir was around 40,000INR before aug 5, 2019. because outsiders cannot buy land and locals didn't had the money.

after aug 5, 2019.. the same land cost is around 15lakh to 35 lakh..

this will be an eye opener for Kashmiris and make them realize why removal of that article 370 was important. they will also realize how foolishly they lived in poverty for decades believing the 2 particular families in kashmir.

this will improve investment, tourism, jobs etc for local youths, also all govt benefits, schemes and fund will reach each and every kashmirs.

They don’t believe in the two families or whatever. They don’t care what drama those two people did only thing they care about is building a independent Islamic sharia state or join Porkishitan. In reality according to the Book, only the realms of Islam are Dar-ul-Salam( i.e land of peace ) and non-Muslim lands with which muslims don't have a treaty of peace are Dar-ul-Harb( i.e land of war ), the Book in question promoted the mumineen to wage endless jihad on these dar-ul-harbs, to make them Muslim and therefore lands of peace, now again every mumineen doesn't have the stomach for actual shooting/slashing/explosive jihad, so they all contribute in their little ways behind smartphones or keyboards.

The Ulema of India use this same concept to make it theologically sound for Muslims to live here in "peace" without attempting to kill or convert the polytheists, by saying that the Indian Muslims have a "peace treaty" with the Republic of India/Hindoos in the form of the Indian Constitution, ergo India is theologically "Dar ul Salam" because of said treaty
