Not sure about CRPF but yeah bsf literally killed 50% of JKLFs top leadership (like their high ranking commanders) in 1990-1991 alone lol.

CRPF was too ineffective to do anything.

Howveer, the CRPF have made huge strides in their training, and tactics. They used to get absolutely curbstomped by the Naxalites.
Now? They are killing them like nonones business. They single handedly turned around the fight against the naxals.

CAPFs, with proper leeway from HM, can cross lines that Army won't be easily willing to. They're like state police in terms of brutality and zero fucks to process to achieve results

Nearly every encounter in Poonch, DKG, BD, Rajouri has cost us precious men including men from Para SF and other units.

NSA needs to sit down, take stock of the ground situation and come up with a solution. Each time men go in, they lose lives.

SOP can be blamed but how/why are these tangos managing to have a free run here?

Can't hide behind the excuse of 'difficult' terrain forever. Forget Army, BSF & CRPF did reasonably well here during the peak of militancy.

Ambushes are difficult to predict and counter. They would have survived longer and called for backup if APCs had been used instead of Gypsy and trucks.

If there are ISI assets facilitating their entry, what is RAW and MI doing?

What is our response to the presence of local tangos from North and other regions of Kashmir who have made Rajouri, Poonch and other regions a safe haven?

What is J&KP SOG and their intel doing?
