mutilation of enemy soldiers is not just expression of anger . It serves purpose of psychological war and bringing down morale of enemy soldiers . This has been there in war since ancient age . It was reported by some news portal few months back, the exercise was conducted in Egypt and Spectra+ Rafale combo came out on top everytime

Pretty unlikely any jammer in the world can effectively jam an AESA radar. Some barrage-jamming might be possible, but its range and effectiveness will be very limited. Plus massive power output of Su-35s radar means barrage jamming is even less effective.
