Everything is connected, mode of warfare has changed in the past 1 decade, offensive actions will be not limited only to kinetic warfare.

By investing in civil unrest and outrages in India, with the help of oposition parties who are speaking like Pakistanis, Pakistan has successfully bogged down Modi internally when he should have been planning to retake POK by now.

US needed Pakis for their supply routes. Also a correct comparision would be Mexico doing terrorism in US and killing US soldiers and US not doing anything about it.

As for Chinis, the correct comparision would be Uyghurs killing PLA soldiers.
