Iam not advocating for base but, What if adversaries has their own joint base? What will be India's response?

Don't India consider whole of Kashmir as its own sovereign territory according to 1994's Parliamentary resolution?

China don't play by the book, they have no respect for any International laws and treaties. We already lost Aksai Chin and Shaksgam valley aftermath the '62 war. They are still squatting on our land, what stops them to further squat at Skardu and Muzaffarabad?
