Why so hostile?
We should be thanking Musharraf.
His action in Kargil permanently defeated Pakistan's stand, stance and cause in international community.
The so called non-state actors aka Freedom Fighters were exposed internationally.
Due to his action they completely lost any legitimacy they ever had in Kashmir and forever lost Kashmir.

I hate what he stands for .That inbred subhuman trash should suffer a thousand painful deaths along with likeminded folks.They forever deserve suffering for attacking us who are the promised children of this subcontinent.beggars on paki side have no right to spoil our rise.

That his actions gave us ammo in our goals is incidental.what he represents is what I hate.anyone even remotely associated with also deserves demonization and dehumanization.

Hybrid terrorist are generally paid somewhere between ₹500 to ₹100000 depending on the terrorism support activity they conduct. Higher you go in the ranks of these hybrid terrorist more you get paid and more valuable are to the adversary.

Very few Indian Kashmir join Pakistan based terrorist for ideological reason most of them have economic incentives.
On the other hand terrorist originating from Pakistan and POK have hard-core rigid ideological reasons.

I beg to differ on this statement sir.
PA is highly decentralized and modular. It is like a state with state.
IA has vertical division (hierarchy) in terms of rank and command structure.
PA has vertical division (hierarchy) and more important horizontal division (based on religious belief, money, geography, political belief, tribes, personal beliefs, etc.)
A solder deployed in PoK might support terrorism for any number of reason even if he has been ordered to stop terrorist activity.
It has been evident from a long time that none of these terrorist organization are under control of ISI or PA.
Even ISI is not under control of PA GHQ, Directorate S itself is not under control of ISI-DG, members of Directorate S are not in control of their boss and assets of Directorate S are not in control of their handlers.

The entire situation is gigantic mess.

Their entire existence is based on the perceived threat of India to Pakistan.
They are paid by Russian and Western MIC to increase threat to India to make import of arms simpler for import lobby. This is a racket and everybody is involved in the cartel.
PRC is paying them to cause problems to India.
Why would they clean up the mess?

The reason why we won't flatten their work place is simple we are not powerful enough to overwhelm them.
The day we are powerful to obliterate them without fear of their retaliation is the day they will fall in line.

we should also start thinking in the lines of whether pak has gone beyond the point of no return, pak military has tied themselves and the nation in such a number of knots that they have hardly left any bread crumbs to retrace their steps back.

1. Guides who help terrorist cross LoC
2. Guides who navigate terrorist across Kashmir (these are generally more than one entity, geographically different areas have different guides)
3. Transport providers (these are generally more than one entity separated geographically location)
4. Shelter providers (these are generally more than one entity separated geographically location)
5. Couriers
6. Logistic support providers (buying materials/equipment etc.)
7. Lookouts
8. Intelligence Support Assets
   1. Seasoned (people regularly leaking information)
   2. Opportunistic (people who sometime get hold of crucial information and sell it for money)
9. Financiers
10. Recruiters
11. Local goons that take contract work

at this rate, pak is effed. even advanced economies are talking about recovery might take upto 2024.
for medium and small economies, recovery will be even longer and tougher.
