Informative thread... So the Dogras did had bigger plans for the Chinese mainland. The link up with Nepalese kingdom for a joint assault would have been interesting. British mofos obviously spooked & made sure to botch the effort in every way.

I am assuming a successful attempt & link up with Nepalese forces would have have eased supply lines. Not to mention entire Western & South East Tibet would be overrun by Dogras & Nepalese. Maybe even Xinjiang in the long term.
