These number less than 400 and are mostly located in the east opposite Taiwan, Japan and rest of China sea. Moreover, it is impossible for them to take off from Tibetan plateau of 4000/5000 feet with full load of fuel and missiles/bombs. Chinese know it but Indian population somehow has fallen into Chinese propaganda trap.
