CIA never reported 45 casualties , there were reports in the media claiming that CIA reports have mentioned 35 casualties but not a single source from US government/CIA has confirmed it
As for general joshi , i highly doubt his claims . Media says 40 , he says 45 , some government officals say 50 . No one actually knows the real number ! I'll rather trust my sources than these high profile people who say things with a clear agenda

From the personnel working in 153 General Hospital, I came to know that Chinese casualties are between 30-35 killed and that India's casualties in galwan have exceeded 20.

You know that there is no MH in Ladakh, so soldiers were brought to 153 GH for treatment and some severe cases were flown to CH, Udhmpur.

Were they present during or after Galwan ? Or engaged with CASEVAC of Galwan of some sort ? AFAIK 16th Bihar is not part of 3 Inf Div based at Karu (Trishul Div)
