Good. That's a good Tactic but even our Enemy can employ these Type of Tactics against us. Keep that in Mind. Also if we are going to use inflatable Decoys of Various Weopon systems like Tanks, Air Defense Systems than we need to improve their quality. The one of the S-400 which you have sent the Picture of doesn't look too convincing to me, we need to try and make them look more real.

Buddy only sats aren't used for surveillance of enemy systems and positions, now mostly electronic and signal intelligence are doing it
If u think we or they will have a way to hide any particular system then I don't think it's possible in current situation
We know they know and there are many ways to now but all depends upon it's effectiveness serviceability and man behind the machine
These is no use of hiding until some important mission needs to tack place and that too for very less duration

Have you noticed how bent it is ? That won't fool anyone , especially China and Pakistan mate, they will obviously Notice the Obvious bents of these inflatable Decoy and will come to know about them. Even a kid will come to know that these are Fake! If we are going to do something like this, we need to try and make it look as real as possible as we can using Cheap materials.

they will be covered in "multi spectral" camo like below , multi spectral == will blend to terrain in infra red , radar and visible wave length.

Either these 3 Chinese Nationals came to India because they were lost or they had come to spie here. I guess that is what you are trying say here?

remember reading in a book that during 1962 they used spies extensively , they hired spies to operate shops along the army routes and in front of bases.

by counting trucks and supplies , chinese had very accurate idea about how much troops were deployed.

seen chinese complain that we also do similar shit in AP , hire civilians to go over LAC with passes and spy on their posts

Can these Decoys move from place to place to make it more Convincing? Or are they completely static Decoy Models?

These type of Chinese Decoys won't be able to Fool India. Anyone can obviously make out that these are Fake Decoys. And anyways if the Chinese place decoys of S-400,HQ-9 Radars than we will be able to distinguish these Radar decoys from the real things by just looking at them and if the Chinese somehow come with really convincing decoys which look exactly like the real thing than we can just check if these Decoys emit any Kind of Radio emissions. Radars of Missile systems like S-400 ,HQ-9, emit such type of Radio emissions so it won't be a problem to distinguish them from real ones.

They have four live SAM launchers near Mansarovar Lake . I've seen them through google earth . Yes you're right about decoys too .
