India cannot under any circumstance afford another 62.

CCP is wary of WuMao bodybags. In case of aggression, we need to deliver the same.
But for one Galwan clash which PLA and CCP have milked to the maximum, what do the Chinese have to brag about so far since the stand off began last year?

China has nearly given up on Gwadar. It is looking for another port which is safer for its pale skinned employees. Not trying to write the obituary of Pakistan but things will likely get a lot worse going forward if the past and the present is factored in.

This is one of those "grey zones" that I think the Chinese have practically gobbled up in the last couple of years - they built a permanent camp/base right at the top of the Zikyen pass (red "watershed" line in the map below), Previously they only had a track, but now have a metalled road to the top. Our road is still something like 30km (?) behind - there is no way we will be able to hold on to the watershed line.
Also seeing that we are still doing banner drills was real .

The standoff site is beyond the McMahon line in the map.. What are we doing beyond our claimed boundaries.. ?

Et tu, ISRO?

Sharing Navik tech with chinese phones. Trying to figure out the 5D chess in it.

It’s not the case that it is a non issue, whatever the OS oppo phones are using can easily send co-ordinates of individual phones to Chinese servers since all Chinese companies are an extension of CCP, they can use it against us.

but since wide adoption of NAVIC in mobile phones is a priority, might as well take care of adoption first and develop separate plans to manage the risks. not taking risks has it’s own downsides.

The McMahon line or rather the Surveyor of India map in eastern Arunachal was drawn by retards with crayons - they drew lines at random without verifying the actual geography - and in effect gifting china 100's km^2 area. The actual boundary should be on the "watershed" line because that's what makes sense as a natural boundary . Of course there are places where the line crosses to into the Tibetan side of the watershed too, but we don’t really contest the Chinese presence on the ground there (recently the Chinese built one of their border villages at one of these locations).

The Chinese will keep what they have and grab as much as possible from us. On the other hand we have cucked out of:
(1) Correcting the official maps to include all the "grey areas" on our side of the watershed.
(2) Building any roads or permanent infrastructure in these "grey areas" (at least as far as know).
Talking about the bigger picture the Chinese claim most of AP not just the alignment of McMahon line - not stopping the Chinese at the natural defensive line of the watershed means they have more ways of rolling down the mountains and even reaching the plains of Assam.
