These non-lethal weapons can be good for anti-riot, crowd control measures within our country. The police forces should look at using these.

As for PLA, I'd still prefer to see them being snuffed like wild game. The rule is not to use guns; doesn't mean we need not send their soyboys to LMao.

We could have been as well equipped as China If there were no bureaucratic hurdles in procurement and the vast amount of corruption.

I think it's time for something like congressional hearings where all involved in procurement and development of Military hardware openly answer questions in media presence as to why we are seeing delays after delays in equipping our soldiers.

Most of the tech and equipment developed in India itself is there and yet most of these procurement projects never see the light.

It is time we get our answers.
