How much effective are our 105 Indian field guns in mountainous terrain ? Wouldn't these too will be affected by the same problems as mbrls ?

Because in the extremely rare case scenario where biden wins India would still have to maintain good relations with them for the good of our country.

Plus Modi has pretty much set the ground for trump support during "Howdy modi" event.

Anymore support overtly can become a bit problematic for us in case the Dems win.

Pretty deadly as it is capable of firing at elevations between -5° and +73°, even more than the M777 How
which is 0° to +72°!! The IFG is a towed variant of the British L13 105mm howitzer and that's why it has a high elevation. The 105 IFG is being used at the LOC with deadly effect against Pakistani positions.
