Russia-China-Pakshitstan-Iran-North Korea have a lot of common foes and they have no option but to band together. India naturally will align with leading Asian democracies and the west. The major headache we face is how to manage our relationships with Iran and Russia, whose strategic interests are polar opposite to ours. The thing is both camps court India for different reasons and they have different leverages with us. We are in a bind as to how to balance these blocks. Interesting times ahead, for sure.

This is just a diplomatic jhumla, pay no attention to it.
What they are saying however is that they are "open to business" towards Pakistan, and India doesn't mattter that much to them to cause issues in RusPak relations.

China is Korea's largest trading partner.
China is also one of the Largest market for Korean companies products/services in some sectors, aside from their "cultural exports" like k-pop,k-dramas etc.
