I think PLA's public relations is baiting Indian Army to release its own video of Galwan, because they want to change the atmosphere in which the next rounds of military talks are held. A "hot" atmosphere favors their position.

They also want to try and call a "bluff" (their position) that PLA casualties outnumber Indian ones.

Nope this time We were the initiators of the information warfare. By letting our northern army commander to have interview with every type of press.
