according to weibo its somewhere in depsang y-junc , if they put up a post like that and publicise it then they wont budge from there.

So, the Y junction is within India's interpretation of Indian side of LAC ( by 18 km?), and there were reports that Chinese are not based in Y junction, but come up to Y junction from their camps at the LAC and block Indian patrols from proceeding further from Y junction .. Is my understanding correct ?

area is called 'Chumi Gyatse Falls' , we took control of it in 2000 , some chinese are still upset about it.

That 18km figure is a joke , dont understand what the figure means. its what was reported in parliament but i dont think any one knows how the LAC can be 18km from yjunc

they have been blocking our patrols at yjunc since 2013 , but they setup posts there in may 2020 , yep major escalation .
