Just look at the night lights of Eastern India and its Neighbors. Amar Shonar Kangladesh is almost dark with only Dhaka showing some major luminous intensity. Meanwhile Bihar, WB & Assam all have decently lit up while Kolkata has more intensity than Dhaka.
