Every single cultural degeneration in the west has been intentionally done by their elites. Looking back at the whole trend, it's clear none of it was accidental.
I'd just like to add the intentional destruction can be taken back further with the formation of the Federal Reserve, followed by the first World War shortly after. Towards the end of the war we get the Balfour Declaration and the October Revolution barely a few weeks apart. The name Rothschild and his kin are intimately connected to all four events and certainly the latter two couldn't have happened without the mass culling and destruction of event two financed by event one.
They tried to implement the liberal 60's back in the 20's. Jazz music is what they promoted back then instead of Beatles inspired pop music and plenty of decadence was provided by the Harlem Renaissance. The Depression hit their plans and they still couldn't get a proper Israel. They'd also formed the League of Nations which wasn't up to the task of being a defacto world government organisation and the Soviet Union started purging the Trotskyite faction from its ranks.
World War 2 was necessary for them to finally create Israel, replace the League of Nations with the United Nations and cull off more of the populations involved effectively leaving weaker generations of men to sire the next generation which would happen to be the baby boomers. Once this generation was in its teens the 60's had come along pushing them towards the communist agenda that by then had gotten rid of Stalin after he went rogue - after purging the Trotskyites he went after the "rootless cosmopolitans" after World War 2 which philosemites assure me was code for Jews.
Meanwhile the CIA was experimenting with mind control during its MKULTRA research which encompassed the use of LSD. Coincidentally LSD becomes popular with hippies and students and the Beatles helped popularise it with their song LSD - Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. The CIA were regime changing many legitimate leftist governments across the world at this time and even bought in harder drugs from abroad to flood their own streets so to minimise criticism at home, they went on to create what they called "the non-communist left" in America by financing magazines, literature, artwork, intellectuals and academics. It shouldn't surprise anyone that many of these intellectuals were of the Frankfurt School.
What many don't know is that the intellectuals who made up the Frankfurt School had already worked with the predecessor of the CIA - the OSS. Obviously, as the name suggests, the Frankfurt School intellectuals were predominantly German. Most were Jewish or communist sympathisers and fled Germany as the Nazis gained power. They also disliked Stalinism after he purged the Trotskyites. Faced with disliking the fascists and Stalinism while dreaming of a resurgence of Trotskyism, they accepted the offer from the OSS to pass on intelligence to the Americans and to write propaganda against its enemies despite being against capitalism.
The type of communism that was promoted in American universities is misrepresented as preference for any and all types of communism but they really wanted Trotskyism and its evolved form residing in the Frankfurt School. They absolutely despised Stalinism which is usually what is meant when discussing American anti-communism and in most cases despise Chinese style communism as Mao himself didn't feel the Soviet Union was a proletarian revolution. He was right about that because Soviet communism was financed by many bankers hoping to modernise Russia and exploit its resources as well as taking revenge on the Tsars for expelling their families a few decades earlier.
Anyway the rise of the neoconservative movement in America has a somewhat acknowledged role of being inspired by Trotskyism as many neocons were Trotskyites at university. These neocons were responsible for the policies of George Bush Jr and the disasters of the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns. Bush himself was the first person I know of to publicly call for Ukraines entry into NATO pre-2010, a policy continued by Obama, Hillary and finally Biden. Biden's cabinet contains many neocons such as Victoria Nuland who is married to a Republican neocon. There's also Biden and his son's dodgy business interests in Ukraine.
On the Christian Zionist side of things, they were quick to back any bullshit pretexts for war the CIA's own sponsored terrorists could drag America into and rabidly backed Israel becoming a welfare state supplied with billions yearly of American tax payer money and empowering lobby groups such as AIPAC and the ADL who were behind many of the civil rights movements in America.
Taken together there is no doubt that the degeneration experienced by America and exported to the rest of the west was wholly implemented by their own elites on both sides of the political spectrum and more often than not you'll find a whole bunch of Jewish emigres mainly from Russia, Lithuania or Poland amongst that mix marrying into WASP elite families eventually and guiding the west to its current malaise.
