Because a lot of vloggers in Paxtan come on Ghafoori Sena’s invitation and hence are asked to talk good about Pakistan. Else nobody is desperate to visit Pakistan quite honestly. Except a few who maybe having Pakistani friends outside and came on their persuasion nobody wants to go there. Thats why a lot of unheard peeps like a Romanian singer, some vloggers etc meet ISPR chief when they’re in Pakistan.

I wouldnt necessarily put all the goora vloggers in bad light. They were fed with pre-conceived notions of India back in their home country through media and news. For an Avg Brit or US guys , they get their news through BBC or NYTimes which has a reputation of looking at India through colonial lens. So lot of them come to India to see the "Real Slums" meanwhile get shocked by a "modern mall" or get impressed by the Delhi Metro much cleaner and efficient than London/NYC subway.
Don't these f**kers get any food poisoning from eating so much street food and that even from random vendor, when they are better hygienic options in malls or decent restaurants.
