Most eye witnesses don’t know what is F-16 and what is SU-30. Most people probably don’t even know orientation either, east, west, north south. Even in school we were taught eye witness accounts are not reliable and often change.

My premise was systematic : a no fly zone over and in PoK . Ultimately leading to point 3) which I believe would be natural progression since Pakis won’t be able to sustain (perhaps the Bharat ground actions recently can demonstrate - but such would be done and judged by the experts in the right places).

1) Ban commercial (especially international) flights of airlines that do huge and any business in Bharat going above the (disputed) physical territory of PoK under the temporary occupation of pakis and (perhaps) such airlines making payment to pakis. The Pakis air space was earlier closed for long time.

The risk to above would be Pakis plan to shoot down a commercial airliner and blame Bharat. (Hence no fly zone strictly from beginning and say we have such insights to believe terror and “extremists” want to do such things over PoK).

2) make flights go over Afghanistan before entering Pakis areas (not PoK) and providing income to Afghanistan by transporting such flights over their territory and instead coming through Pok into and out of Pakis areas. (Non disputed territory not our internal matter).

Go to any reasonable flight tracker and see the flights that come into and out of PoK (the airlines are ...) their flight paths are clear and obvious. Data can easily be seen. Data can easily be gathered it won’t be difficult for such to adjust.

Thereafter can plan step 3 (when none international flights over the area) ... but like I said each and every paki Air Force plane , helicopter , private army jet , armed forces ballon, drone and even anything likewise to be locked and warned ... inside PoK especially deep inside. Make their system detect the lock. Inside PoK they are flying over Bharat air space.

What is role of Paki armed forces in supporting and abetting infiltration ... the paki Air Force Over PoK is a supportive appendage to such. Stop them from flying over PoK will infiltration come down ? I would say definitely (only a single premise). When Pakis create CFV on LoC are Paki Air Force planes nearby in sky ?

The ministry spokesman Raveesh Kumar was reacting to both countries criticising New Delhi over the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, ending the special status to the border state.

Probably, the Food Ministry has followed it up by proposing to raise the integrated goods and services taxes (IGST) to 12 per cent on imports of refined palm oil.

The External Affairs Ministry’s statement has hit the Malaysian palm oil market badly as crude palm prices have dropped to the lowest since 3 October to $518 a tonne.

In particular, India’s statement reminding Malaysia of the friendly ties between both countries has affected the palm oil market badly.

Some palm oil importers and refiners in India have taken this as a signal that the Narendra Modi government could further retaliate with trade measures, probably leading to a mini-trade war.

These importers and refiners have decided to stop signing any new purchase contract with Malaysian sellers from 1 November.

According to Solvent Extractors Association of India, importers had cut down purchases from Kuala Lumpur in September itself when Malaysia criticised India on the Kashmir issue. Crude palm oil prices had ruled at $551 a tonne then.

In September, palm oil purchases from Malaysia were down by over 30 per cent. A safeguard duty of 5 per cent on Malaysian refined palm oil from 4 September could have helped cut imports.

The development is of concern to Malaysia since India buys nearly 4 million tonnes (mt) from Kuala Lumpur of the nearly 9 mt of palm group of oils imports annually.
