It is $67 billion due to paki exchange rate being artificially kept fixed for a year, else it would've been the usual $50 billion-ish budget. Even if you include all their provincial budgets and other local body budgets it will barely be some $80 billion. In India it is around 20x that figure at more than $1.5 trillion. Also this time they've increased budget size even in PKR terms higher than usual due to better fiscal deficit in 2023-24 maybe due to less expenditure. How sustainable it's gonna be would be interesting since they're projecting 7% fiscal deficit target this year (7% of their "claimed" GDP numbers). Which means whatever budget pakis make has a far higher portion of debt than India.

Paki GDP per capita PPP at least is less than 3x of India and since half their kids don't go to school, I don't know how UN came up with claims of paki mean years of schooling being only 1-2 years less than India and expected years of schooling more than half of us.

"Include" nahi hota, wo maine for perspective milaya hai sabhi ko. Union/Central budget aur provincial, municipal, urban development authority budgets alag hote hai. China ka $4 trillion budget sirf centre ka hai, provinces aur bakiyo ka alag. Same for USA.
