These unemployed looking to travel overseas are different form those seeking to do jihad. If Gulf states them them away, they'll illegally migrate wherever they can for economic opportunities. Because that is what they have been aiming for for a long time. They are largely unskilled, but do possess some elementary skills in domains such as electrical fitting, plumbing, carpentering, driving, auto repair, masonry, tailoring etc.I guess IA should start strengthening welcome party on our side, these unemployed are the prime target for jihadis. Maybe by 2020 they will start showing up on our side.
The cannon fodder that Napakis recruit are from a slightly different strata. They are an assorted mix of druggies, criminals, mentally challenged, madrasah grads etc. who do not possess even the basic skills that would help them find jobs. The madrasah education and their own circumstances ensure as such. They are therefore, an easy prey to the jihadi tanzeemein for one-way-ticket to hell.
Of course, this is not to say there is no overlap between the groups, but the fundamental difference is that the former want to earn money and live, the latter want to earn sawab and die in the process. The former if unemployed, will most likely turn to criminal activities such as looting, dacoity, kidnapping, theft, sexual assaults and blackmail. They will be less likely to go down the suicidal route. The latter know nothing but how to die and there are many many of them in Shitistan.
