Israel also has a very high HDI/intellectual potential and their people are not inbred low IQ illiterates like the pakis. they have the smarts to develop tech on their own and the attitude/culture to build up their own enterprises and industries. they also don't beg for handouts from 3rd parties at regular intervals just to survive financially as a state like pakis.
