Ammo dump fire is not that uncommon that too in summer season.
If the fire was controlled in matter of hours, it was a small dump and fire didn't spread to adjacent ( generally underground) dumps.
We have had instances where fire literally burnt for days.

Maybe. I would place my trust on paki incomptence more on this one, though. Some experts say that paki establishment is likely to use nuke on its own population in case of an indian invasion so it is highly likely they did it themsleves this time, accidently ofcourse.
